We process and deliver your desired product within 10 to 21 working days. We provide our customers with the consignment number to track their orders upon ordering. We partner up with India Post for delivery; they require the customer to sign the receipt. If the customer is not available to sign, we suggest they arrange alternatives as we will not take any responsibility for the missing goods in case there is a signature. We want to request your full cooperation on the same. We take responsibility for the goods before delivery, and post-delivery, the responsibility is shifted to you. We have a cancel policy open for 24 hours since the order, and as all the orders are personalized, we do not have a return policy. 

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the customer side, an amount of 2% will be deducted before making the refund. In case the order is cancelled from the vendor (Happy Beginnings) a full refund of the bill amount will be made within 7 working days along with a 1% store coupon that can be redeemed with the next 60 days.
